Title: You against me
Author: Jenny
Downham
Description: If someone hurts your sister and you're any kind
of man, you seek revenge, right? If your brother's been accused of a terrible
crime and you're the main witness, then you banish all doubt and defend him.
Isn't that what families do? When Mikey's sister claims a boy assaulted her at a
party, his world of work and girls begins to fall apart. When Ellie's brother is
charged with the crime, but says he didn't do it, her world of revision, exams
and fitting in at a new school begins to unravel. When Mikey and Ellie meet, two
worlds collide. Brave and unflinching, this is a novel of extraordinary
skillfulness and almost unbearable tension. It's a book about loyalty and the
choices that come with it. But above all it's a book about love - for one's
family and for another.
You Against Me:
I personally think the cover matches the whole story. :D
My thoughts of the
book:
I really thought the book was good but sad
in a way. I liked how the book expressed the feelings and thoughts about how the
characters felt throughout the
story.
Rating: When I rate a book I rate
it from 1 being really horrible to 5 being AMAZING.. I rated this book a
4 because it was slow and boring in the begining and not
that detailed in the ending. But all in all it is really good.

First Review: Fallen By Lauren Kate
Fallen By Lauren Kate
Overview:
There’s something achingly familiar about Daniel Grigori.
Mysterious and aloof, he captures Luce Price’s attention from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in sultry Savannah, Georgia. He’s the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch every move.
Even though Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce–and goes out of his way to make that very clear–she can’t let it go. Drawn to him like a moth to a flame, she has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret . . . even if it kills her

My
thoughts about this book:
I
really liked the whole plot and idea of this story! Whenever I saw this cover I
knew that somehow this book was going to be good. I always try NOT to judge a
book by it's cover... But not this time. I found the characters to be pretty
awesome. What's not to love about this book... Daniel was pretty good and so was
Luce. I reccomend this book to anybody who read Hush Hush by Becca
Fitzpatrick.
Rating System.
I usually just
rate a book from 1-5. 1 being absolutely horrible and 5
being absoluetly
amazing. Soo I gave Fallen:
